Terms & Cancellation Policy
These terms apply to gethealinglight.com (the “Site”) and to sessions with Healing Light (Yulia Gebel, Santa Barbara, California).
Part A: Website terms of use
1. Agreement. By using the Site you agree to these terms and to my Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
2. Information only, not medical advice. The Site gives general information about Brennan Healing Science® energy healing and my practice. It is not medical, psychological, or other professional advice. Yulia Gebel is not a licensed physician and is not licensed by the State of California as a healing arts practitioner. Brennan Healing Science® and other energy healing services are not licensed by the state. In an emergency, call 911; for a mental-health crisis, call or text 988. Please don't rely on the Site in place of advice from a licensed provider.
3. Booking through third parties. Appointments are booked through Square Appointments, and remote sessions use Zoom. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and I am not responsible for them.
4. Intellectual property. The Site's text, images, and logo belong to Healing Light or are used with permission. Please don't copy them for commercial use without written permission. Brennan Healing Science® is a registered trademark of the Barbara Brennan School of Healing. Healing Light is an independent practice and is not operated or endorsed by the Barbara Brennan School of Healing.
5. Acceptable use. Please don't misuse the Site's forms, for example by sending spam or harmful code, or by submitting someone else's personal information without their permission.
6. No warranties. The Site is provided “as is.” I try to keep it accurate, but I don't guarantee that it is complete, current, or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Healing Light and Yulia Gebel are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Santa Barbara County, California.
9. Changes. I may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new date.
Part B: Sessions, fees, and cancellation
1. Sessions and fees. First Session (new clients): 90 minutes. Follow-up Session: 75 minutes. Current rates are provided before booking. Sessions are offered in person in Santa Barbara or remotely by Zoom.
2. Packages. Packages of 3, 6, or 10 sessions are available. Current package rates are provided before booking. Packages are paid in full at purchase. Sessions must be used within 3 months (3-session package), 6 months (6-session package), or 12 months (10-session package) of purchase. Unused sessions may be refunded: the refund is the amount paid minus the sessions already used, charged at the single-session rate. Packages are personal and not transferable unless I approve. Package sessions follow the same 24-hour cancellation policy as single sessions.
3. Cancellation policy
Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) and no-shows are charged the full session fee.

4. Voluntary participation. Taking part is always voluntary. You may stop a session at any time, and you are never obliged to book further sessions.
5. Not medical or psychological care. Sessions are a complementary practice for general wellbeing. They are not medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment, and no particular result is promised. Please stay under the care of your licensed providers and don't stop or change any treatment because of our sessions.
6. Free introductory call. The optional 15-minute phone or Zoom call is free and doesn't commit you to anything.
7. Minors. Clients under 18 need a parent or legal guardian's consent and signature.
